The only shared network layer is the core customer profile mapping (like a phone number linked to a delivery address). This allows our secure network to instantly recognize returning shoppers across partner sites and pre-fill their address forms, giving them a fast, one-click checkout experience.
02 // What Specific Data We Process
To run your checkout optimization and messaging tools, our WordPress plugin securely transmits the following necessary data points to our cloud backend:
Shopper Identity Nodes
Customer phone numbers (required to route WhatsApp and SMS OTP challenges), first/last names, email addresses, and temporary verification logins.
Checkout & Purchase Data
WooCommerce order item lists, unique order keys, billing aggregates, current cart properties, and shipping address paths matched via local PIN codes.
03 // Why This Information Is Necessary
We use this data strictly to run your store's optimization features. This includes validating phone sign-ins, tracking down abandoned carts to help recover sales, pushing delivery status buttons to WhatsApp, and executing your automated marketing broadcasts smoothly.

We do not retain raw customer histories permanently. System logs are kept temporarily to process your monthly account credit limits, protect against security threats, and fix bugs.
